Steve possesses extensive senior management expertise gained in all aspects of the recruitment sector in Ireland, UK and Asia. He was trained in the UK recruitment sector based in London, and was founder and major shareholder of Berkley Group in Ireland from 1995 through to 2016, operating from offices in Dublin, Cork and Singapore, where he was based for 4 years.
Steve possesses extensive board level expertise in search and selection, strategic talent acquisition, employer branding, and sales and business development planning and execution.
